Cool Calm & Collected, Melbourne, offers breathing, deep relaxation, mind/body movement and meditation techniques based on classical Hatha Yoga.

The approach is light-hearted and contemporary with emphasis on growth, healing and transformation through the practice of ‘mindfulness’.

These stress management methods are delivered through classes, one-on-one sessions, workshops, tours and retreats and are designed for people from all walks of life.

Yoga, deep relaxation and meditation may be delivered at your workplace, during conferences, in your home and at designated venues. Times and duration are flexible.

Yoga practice is for both young and old; from beginners to the experienced; and for corporations who are conscientious about fostering their employees’ health and wellbeing.

This work is experiential, gentle, nurturing and simple to implement and sustain.

Principal - Annemaree Rowley

Educated at the highly esteemed Sivananda yoga schools in Europe and India, Annemaree is both a teacher and perpetual student of yoga.  She currently studies Shanti Yoga under the guidance of internationally renowned yoga master, Shanti Gowans.

Annemaree’s corporate experience stems from an executive-level career in marketing, training and public speaking. She delivers workshops, courses, group classes and One-on-one sessions in deep relaxation, meditation and yoga to individuals and business groups.

The underlying principle of her work is that a healthy body and a calm mind promise exemplary personal and professional performance.
