Cool, Calm & Collected Masterclass Series
Join these 2 hour sessions to cultivate a patient, contented, positive and peaceful state of mind.
Each afternoon will include yoga postures, deep relaxation skills and meditation practices with a specific focus on the following six aspects of 'wellbeing'.

There is great wisdom in the expression ‘take a deep breath’ - sometimes the most important step we can take is to slow down and inhale a long, quenching breath. In truth, when the breath is calm, so is the mind.

We all have unique abilities and talents. It is our responsibility to serve the needs of the earth utilizing these special skills. When we match the world’s needs with our expertise, then our ‘purpose’ is realized.

Do you struggle to go to sleep, wake up at odd hours during the night and then fight to go back to sleep?
Do you go to sleep easily and then wake around 4.00am staying awake for the rest of the early morning feeling tired and listless for the rest of the day?
Deep relaxation techniques are the best means to revitalize and reconnect.
